Before you apply:

Please take a moment to look over our website, check out our menus, our days and hours of operation, and holidays that we are open. Our primary times include nights, weekends, and holidays and you will be expected to work those. This is a fast-paced, hard-working environment with great rewards. This is a total team environment which requires you to work independantly as well as to support one another. Many jobs require the ability to lift heavy items of at least 30 lbs and all jobs require preparation/sidework.

Positions you might apply for:

  • Culinary Team Member: line cook including sautee, grill, and expediter, cold prep including desserts, salads, and appetizers.

  • Dishwasher: a very important position responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of all of our dishes, glassware, and cooking items.

  • Captain: Must have previous serving experience and as we serve alcohol, must be 18 or older. Responsible for total guest satisfaction as well as working with team-members to exceed guest expectations. Full knowledge of our menu, restaurant history, and most beverage service required.

  • Bartender: Produces and serves a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and more to our guests.

  • Busser: No previous experience needed. Must have a great attitude, be a quick learner and be able to follow direction well.

  • Host/Beverage Server: Greet guests, coordinate seating, guide service staff, guest satisfaction, assist with service and beverage service. Knowledge of alcololic beverage service quite helpful.

  • Event Coordinator: A true leadership position, guiding a team of individuals to produce events both on site and off site.

  • Event Sales: Sometimes combined with the coordinator position; this office position is primarily one of communicating with our event hosts, discussing and planning event details, promotion of in-house events and restaurant dining, and other office duties. Computer knowledge and usage is a must for this position.

  • Event Staff: Experience preferred, but not required. You will be responsible to assist in set up, execution and tear down of events both on and off-premise, so heavy lifting and carrying of equipment may be required. Must have open communication and dialogue with team members and be able to prioritize, organize, and follow through within time-frame given.

  • Office Staff: Offer hospitality to our phone and online guests, support management with daily tasks and project work.

  • Maintenance: We have over 8 acres and multiple properties that we maintain. Lawn maintenance, snow removal, facility maintenance and cleaning, vehicle and small engine maintenance, and event support.
